For the first 70 years of my life, I lived with constant back pain. A chiropractor referred me to a surgeon in Miami, and even after two surgeries, the pain persisted.

Having suffered for over 40 years with a back problem and recently gone through a particularly painful episode, I wondered what else could I try to help me.

I have tried many different types of treatment either prescribed by my GP or independently. some have helped to a degree.

Singing on for a course of treatment (18 sessions) I was, I must admit skeptical about the outcome.

However, I can say in all honesty that acupuncture has helped, both my posture and mobility have improved so far.
